He’s been part of our team for a little over a year and is one of our awesome grill cooks. Troy’s favorite part of the job? Staying busy — and trust us, he’s great at it!
When he’s not on the clock, you’ll probably find him watching one of his favorite shows, Law & Order.
Troy is dependable, hardworking, and brings such a steady, positive energy to our team. We’re so thankful to have him.

Sharing good food & good will this Thanksgiving ✨
Together, Lycoming College and Parkhurst Dining donated 20 turkeys and 20 pumpkin pies to the American Rescue Workers to help feed our neighbors in need.
A heartfelt thank you to our team for all their hard work — and to the Lyco faculty and staff who help us make this event such a meaningful tradition. We appreciate you! 💛

When she’s not at Lyco, you can find her out on motorcycle rides with her husband, hanging out with her German Shepherd, or spending time with her 37-year-old turtle. 🐢
